Courtyard Manager is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in the courtyard area of the event. This includes managing the food truck payment system, accommodating special requests from sponsors, and overseeing the setup and maintenance of Kon Tables and chairs. Additionally, the Courtyard Manager will be in charge of marking chairs and other items used in the courtyard to ensure organization and efficiency. Driver needed! Do you have a van, truck, or SUV? We are looking for someone to assist us in moving merchandise and equipment from the warehouse to the venue and back. The warehouse is just a short 5-10 minute drive from the venue, depending on traffic. If you have a reliable vehicle and can help us with transportation logistics, please signup as a Driver.

Join our team as a Guest Check-In attendant and be the welcoming face of our event! Your role will involve checking in guests at the reception desk, scanning ticket QR codes, distributing wristbands, providing information to attendees, and assisting with on-the-spot ticket sales. IoC Volunteer is a crucial part of our event's second stage! Located upstairs (please note there is no elevator access), the IoC area calls for committed individuals to support in preparing for workshops, remote talks, and documentary exhibitions. Your responsibilities will include setting up the room, establishing connections with remote speakers, and ensuring smooth transitions between sessions. While some tech experience is preferred for setting up connections, training will be provided to all volunteers. You will also have access to a radio to communicate with staff in case of any issues.
